RETURN POLICY

SECTION 1 – STANDARD RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

SECTION 2 – DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to assess the issue and correct it as quickly as possible.

 


 

SECTION 3 – EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or gift cards.

SECTION 4 – EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved and processed, you can make a new purchase separately.

 


 

SECTION 5 – RETURNS FROM EU COUNTRIES

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to return your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

As with our standard return policy, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 


 

SECTION 6 – REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SECTION 7 – DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

To help ensure successful deliveries and prevent fraud, we may document deliveries with photographic or electronic proof of delivery. In the case of a delivery dispute, this documentation may be used to confirm that the order was delivered to the correct address.
