SHIPPING POLICY – BAGZY

This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with Bagzy, you agree to the terms set forth below.


SECTION 1 – SHIPPING AREAS

We currently ship to all countries within Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to our support team for confirmation.


SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods such as seasonal sales or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your personal tracking link.


SECTION 3 – ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping time ranges between 10 to 14 business days, depending on your country and local postal services. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Please note: external factors such as customs processing, local courier capacity, or weather disruptions may cause delays beyond our control.


SECTION 4 – SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free on all orders over €50.

For orders under €50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.


SECTION 5 – TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your package in real time. If you did not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.


SECTION 6 – COURIER RESPONSIBILITY

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Bagzy is no longer responsible for delivery delays, damage, or loss.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it’s delayed or damaged, please contact your local delivery service first. If you need assistance, we’re happy to support you in resolving the issue.


SECTION 7 – QUESTIONS OR SUPPORT
